So I was looking for my zipper foot when I came across magic foot #16. I didn't know it was magic when I found it. In fact, I didn't have a clue what it could do so I googled it. To my delight, I discovered that it is a gathering foot. It gathers like magic! Just look at all those lovely ruffles. Not one snapped thread. Not one uneven gather. No gnashing of teeth. No snatching at hair. No curse words lurking on the back of my tongue tempting me to speak the unspeakable. Just beautiful ruffles shooting out the back of my machine. Magic!!! My mind is whirling with the possibilities this new discovery presents. I am tickled pink. And to think this little gem has been at my fingertips for THREE years. Oh, the possibilities!! I've got to make up for lost time. I must go make some more magic ruffles right now.
Happy Day~
Cassie
I can't wait to see what you'll do with this! Just think what you'd do if you had some of that coffee-that-you-don't-drink!

Is that a universal foot for any machine or just for Berninas?

Wow, with 5 girls, I'm thinking you have a LOT of ruffling to catch up on. I need to check and see if Viking has any of those feet!

Don't you just love it when you find a little magic. You make me want to make ruffles. I'm still in the middle of a huge batch of "Posh Pillowcases". It's an addiction...I'm pretty sure. And it's contagious...I have 3 friends that are quickly becoming addicted also. ;-)
